The Journey

From problem to shipped outcome — scroll the chapters.

01

Overview

Siyar Institute (siyarinstitute.org) is a multilingual Islamic knowledge / scholarly publishing platform — articles, books, videos, events, and an admin CMS — built as a React + Express monorepo.

Contributed as a frontend/feature developer on selected pages and flows within an existing product codebase — not sole full-project ownership.

02

The Challenge

The institute needed a modern web presence for research papers, multilingual content, and media.

03

Key Highlights

  • Multilingual public site (English / Arabic / Urdu)
  • Articles, books, videos, and events content surfaces
  • Admin dashboard and content management
  • Media uploads via Cloudflare R2
  • Selected-page UI and feature work within the existing Vite/React + Express stack
04

The Approach

Worked as a feature developer on selected pages and flows inside the React/Vite frontend with Express/MongoDB APIs, admin tooling, and cloud media storage — focusing on responsive UI and feature delivery rather than sole ownership.

05

The Outcome

Shipped selected frontend contributions on the live scholarly platform at siyarinstitute.org, supporting multilingual Islamic knowledge publishing.
